Finally! After encountering all sorts of difficulties in the process of starting:
I. Have. Started.
Daily Creative Journal Magic is happening.
Yay!
It was so hard to get started because the first few lessons in the Creative Journal Magic Kit are all about commitment.
This totally sucks!
Looking at commitment can bring up all sorts of icky funky stuff which is not the nicest way to begin.
Except, I don’t know of anyone who has ever made a dream real without first being committed.
Really, strongly, surely committed.
You can’t just say you’re committed. You have to explore and transform all of the fears and inner critics around it and come to a place where you can give an honest and full body-mind-emotionalbody-soul YES.
I’m doing this. Come hell or high water. I’m committed. I’m in.
There’s no easy way to get to that kind of depth of commitment.
So I apologize to all of you who started the kit and hated that commitment part (including me! I doubt you hate it more than I do!) but it’s the only way to get to where you want to go.
And your dream is far too important to choose easy over effective.
And there is some really cool stuff in there to help make it easier, as long as you stick with the kit (lots of it happening via subliminal magics).
But I sure am glad I got through that part and have moved on.
Whew!
Now I’m at the part where I get to choose and name My Prize.
Yay! Prize!
You can pick anything you want as your prize, the only guideline is that your prize has to feel about the same bigness as your commitment.
Which is why commitment has to come first, if it came later the whole process would be fun and whimsical but not EFFECTIVE.
The kit exists to help you literally get what you want, using your journal. Results guaranteed, always-fun not guaranteed.
Not to harp on that but I just want to make it really clear for all of you who are struggling with the beginning part: beautiful things await you if you just keep trying.
My commitment is to Creative Journal Most Days, to Stay In The Process Of Moving Towards My Prize Every Day, and to keep doing it as long as it needs doing.
That’s a pretty big commitment so I get to pick a pretty big prize.
My prize is the total re-alignment of my life and business to be DEEPER, TRUER and SPARKLIER.
