Our prompt for Day 25 – I Want To Feel:

The “normal way” to live in our world is so disconnected from our feelings that we don’t know how we feel or how we want to feel.

This leaves us all tangled up inside and unable to access our real power to create our lives.

And of course we disconnect form our feelings – they’re really uncomfortable sometimes! There are a lot of things in the world to be afraid of and frustrated about and angry with.

But there are also a lot of things in the world to be delighted and inspired by and to get all lit up about.

And your life happens inside you – how you feel is actually everything, it’s how you experience life.

So how do you want to feel? Please don’t say “happy” or “good”.

Dig deeper. Be specific.
