Do you need some help getting (and staying) focused on your dream?

Focus Pocus Creative Support Group starts tomorrow.

Focus Pocus is 21 days of getting focused on your dream and/or digging in and exploring why it’s so freaking hard for you to get focused – with tons of support and a whole crew of creative kindred spirits cheering you on.

If this is something you think you could use some help with but you’re not sure – email me! Let me know what your questions are and I can tell you more about how this can help you specifically.

I know that most of the time when you struggle to get focused, the issue has nothing to do with focus.

You focus just fine with other things. You manage to get to work every day. Your kids are fed. There are all sorts of things you can focus on and just do without any drama.

But when if comes to your dream, focus suddenly can feel impossible.

This is not because you’re bad at focusing. It’s because making a commitment to your dreams is scary in that it triggers your unresolved fears and beliefs about what kind of life is really possible for you.

When you can have those fears come up and stay focused on your dream anyway you start to create new possibilities for yourself.

And when you see others doing this work alongside you, it helps you stay inspired and motivated.

In 21 days, a lot can change.

You can learn more about why it’s so hard for you to focus on your dreams and come up with a plan that helps you fit “working on your dream” into your day to day life, however that looks for you.

You can get focused and make more progress towards your dream than you may think is possible right now.

You can actually have fun figuring out why you stop yourself, and how to stop stopping yourself!

The Focus Pocus Creative Support Group offers a LOT of support for making this happen.

We’re meeting live (on streaming video) every Monday (starting tomorrow). You don’t have to attend these calls to get a lot out of them! And you can email me your questions in advance and I’ll answer on the call.

We’re checking in with each other online every day for 21 days.

It’s a super supportive atmosphere. There’s lot of space to check in and say “Hey today sucked and I didn’t do what I hoped to do” without shame. There’s space to say “OMG I totally stayed focused and did this thing I thought was impossible” and people will celebrate with you.

You also get a special journaling kit for getting and staying focused.

With this Field of Focus energy for you to colour in and a little pyramid for you to write out the thing you’re focus on.

(Plus you get extra little triangles to glue on top if the thing you’re focusing on changes – because when you start to go deeper into your dream by showing up for it every day, your dream may change)

And you get a bunch of cut + paste journal prompts to help you process your experience to get a better understanding of what will truly help you be able to get and stay focused in the long term.

When you show up for your dream (and your self!) every day you make space for the magic to happen.

Showing up is NOT about doing everything perfectly or brow-beating yourself into productivity. Showing up is really just about showing up.

You don’t have to know what to do. You don’t have to feel ready.

Your dream is full of magic and possibility and it will gladly show you the way.

Again – if this is something you think you could use some help with but you’re not sure – email me! Let me know what your questions are and I can tell you more about how this can help you specifically.
