I don't want to lose myself this holiday season

I thrive on routine.

During the holi-daze I lose my routines and, even though I am having fun, I start to feel discombobulated. The extra sweet treats and rich meals and late nights don't help either.

This year I'm trying something different.

I'm bringing a simple routine with me, into the madness of the holi-daze:

  • journaling time *EVERY MORNING* with Dream Book - at least 15 minutes

Even on the days when ALL of my usual routines are impossible - I can do this. And it feels like doing this will help me hold the threads, hold onto my dreams and the inner peace/joy/delight/magic I feel when I work with them.

Dream Book is all about meeting yourself where you are and moving towards where you want to be. This is exactly the medicine I need right now.
