We work inside the intersection of creativity and spirituality, with lots of intention and loads of respect for ALL THE FEELS that come up in this work.
So we make space to be with all of the feelings and questions that come up when you work on your dream… alongside the work of actually making space for your dream in your life.
Of course I want you to HAVE your dream… but… I am more interested in the healing, growth, magic and total re-alignment with your own truth that can happen along the way. I've never worked with anyone whose dream didn't have PROFOUND and UNEXPECTED healing to offer them and even after doing this work for all these years it still feels surprising and magical every time.
My experience with dreams and dreamers has given me a rock solid belief that your dream is actually a sign from your own soul.
Your dream is how your soul lights up your path for you. Your dream is either your CALLING or it’s leading you to find your calling. It’s saying “Hey this is who you are, this is what you are capable of… listen to me, don’t listen to what the world tells you about who you are and what your life is supposed to look like.”
When you make space to REALLY LISTEN TO YOURSELF about which dreams you pursue and how you pursue them - a deep magic opens up that can only come from your own soul.
So I believe that dreaming is sacred work and it’s distinct from “goal setting” but they can certainly work together! And I believe creativity is sacred. And I believe we all need more space and support for doing this work, and all of the complicated healing and growth worth that needs to happen for us to fully grow into ourselves - spiritually and creatively.
I offer all of my work in one membership (you can join monthly or annually) for three reasons:
We all deserve more support with our dreams! And even when it is financially accessible, one-on-one coaching/mentoring typically lasts for a shorter time. I wanted to offer the kind of consistent, long term support that dreams and dreamers actually need.
I’ve been doing this work a long time, I have loads of programs to offer, I want anyone who is working with me to be able to a access all of them, so they have what they need.
I believe we are stronger together, so dreaming alongside others, even it it’s only via Zoom replays, shows you how NOT ALONE you really are. The members inspired each other (and me!) so much!
I love:
- bike rides
- journaling
- picnics - in the park or at the beach
- taking a hot bath and going to bed early
- iced lavender lattes - I make my own lavender syrup which is so much easier to do than it seems
- going right into the thing I most want to avoid and finding the healing and magic that it has for me
- the seasons. All of them! The way the sky is always changing.
I hate:
- the idea that we should "just think positive" instead of actively working to dismantle dominant culture and all the ways it causes and enables harm
- being out past 9 pm
- when I am cranky and someone tells me to calm down
- Kombucha used to be right here on this list.. but then I got inspired to start brewing it at home and now I love it
