Hi! I’m Andrea and I created the Creative Dream Incubator because I believe in the magic of our dreams.
I’ve been an artist and dreamer my whole life and these days I wouldn't trade it for anything... but it used to be really difficult because I am also highly sensitive, wildly introverted and didn’t have the confidence to get out there and SELL my art or MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.
After I got a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Fashion Design, I set out to become a textile artist... but then spent most of my 20s as a typical starving artist and taking random jobs when I needed to and trying to figure out… How do I DO THIS? How do I actually BE the artist I know I AM?
I felt the pull of my creative dreams, I felt I had gifts to offer the world, but I couldn’t find my in to actually doing it.
The process of actually getting un-stuck and LIVING MY FREAKING DREAM took years...
By then, I’d taken so many classes in healing, personal development and manifesting that I became a certified spiritual teacher, counsellor and healer.
Which was NOT what I set out to do! I set out to figure out how to deal with my own dreams, not become a space-holder and midwife for YOUR dreams too! But that's what I did, when I was 37.
And here I am now, at 52, and I could not be happier about where this work has brought me. The Creative Dream Incubator turned 15 on Jan 1, 2026 and every year this work feels more fulfilling and profound.
I have been building this membership for the last SIXTEEN YEARS!
With no AI and hardly even any kind of a "team" - just some support for security and functionality of the website.
I hand-draw the printable journaling prompts. I record the meditations by myself (in my bedroom closet).
I work closely with the people in the membership - if you show up to calls or leave comments on the site, I will be there with you, offering encouragement and answers to your questions.
I have spent the last 16 years really being IN IT - working with creatives, healers and activists and going DEEP into the process of making their dreams real... and creating tools and supports to help them make it happen.
The Creative Dream Incubator Membership is now filled with those tools and supports - and I keep adding more to address how to hold onto our dreams in these dystopian times.
The big thing I have learned in all of this is that pursuing a dream is an INTERNAL ALCHEMICAL PROCESS that is lead by your SOUL.
This means you never need to:
❌ just think positive
❌ fake it till you make it
❌ work harder
❌ take big scary risks
❌ wait for the right time
You DO need to:
✅ go deeper into the inner process
✅ learn how to tie the deeper inner/soul work into the outer work - so your soul leads you to your dream
✅ remember that your mind doesn't know how to make your dream real - but your soul does
✅ GET MORE SUPPORT so you can stay in the process long enough to get to the other side
The path is INSIDE you, not OUTSIDE. The POWER that makes it happen is inside you, not outside.
In the membership I share tools, structure and ongoing support for doing the deep messy soul work of living more deeply aligned with your MEDICINE, GIFTS and MAGIC.
The best part is that you can choose to do this no matter what is happening in your life right now.
You don’t have to feel ready, your life can be a mess, you don't even need to believe in yourself OR your dream and you don’t need more than 15 minutes a day to get started!
And once you are IN THIS INTERNAL PROCESS... you are literally making space where anything can happen. You end up creating MORE options in the outer world by focusing less on the outer aspects of your dream, and going deeper into the inner soul work of it.
