All feelings are forms of inner knowing, even the heavy uncomfortable feelings that come with existential dread. I have learned a lot from exploring my existential dread more deeply, and I hope for the same for you. That's why I made this kit.
How it works:
You get 4 pages of hand-drawn journaling prompts which you can print out, and then cut and paste into your journal. Or if you don't want to print, cut and paste - you can just write them out in your journal.
These are questions for digging deeper into existential dread and what is means - which is really about what it means to be fully alive on the planet at this time.
We come at this from a perspective of NOT SHAMING YOURSELF FOR FEELING WHATEVER YOU'RE FEELING and just trying to be curious about what you're feeling.
And to make space to notice... what does your existential dread have to teach you? What new dreams may be being born right now? And what do you really need right now?
