I struggling with deciding whether something is a dream or goal or is there a difference.
What if I have many dreams?
Is it better to focus on just one while working through this Dream work?
I’m not sure it matters if something is a dream or a goal for you – if you want it, that’s a valid thing to work with.
It can be easier to use focus on 1 dream at time, but that’s not always possible and spending a lot of time trying to pick a dream is not useful.
Put ALL of your dreams and goals on your dream page in your Dream Book
As you keep working with them, it will start to make more sense.
