60 second meditation:

Eyes closed, take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

Keep your breathing nice and deep and slow and imagine yourself one year from now at the end of 2024. This is the version of you who has already done all the things you want to do this year.

Today’s prompt:

How is you at the end of 2024 different from who you are today? What new strengths + gifts will you have at the end of 2024?
