Figuring out what my dream even is

I’ve been working on my new “dream page” in my Dream Book and really considering… what IS my dream?

Sometimes it takes time to really get in there and understand what it is you want.

So I’ve been circling it and feeling like… well this is pretty much what I want but somehow it doesn’t quite FEEL RIGHT like am I asking for too much or not enough or what? I couldn’t quite name my dream without all of these thoughts coming up… which is ok! That’s how it is sometimes.

Then something just clicked for me this morning as I was about to do the Dream Lab meditation, suddenly I saw a new way to define my dream that feels SO right.

So I invited that dream to meet me in the Dream Lab and it showed up as this huge drop of… I think water. It descended from above, but it was upside town, the little point of the water drop shape was facing down.

I put out my hands and the little point of the water drop landed in my hands and it felt like a healing that went through my whole body.

It also started to feel like an upside down tear drop. I've been having a lot of anxiety and with it has come panic attacks and crying and this upside down tear felt like a shift.

Yes. This is the dream. I mean yes it might change again, I think I’m still working through some stuff, but for now, THIS is the dream.

I can hold it. Which felt like a message that I am ready to really do this thing.
