In the Dream Lab meditation I invited my dream in and it came in as a JOLT in my whole body.

I felt lit up.

My dream was saying…  I am not just the attainment of that end goal. I am the deep joy of HOW you’re going to do it.

Aligned. Lit up. Joyful. Creative. Alive. Inspired. IN SPIRIT.

You’re not just going to love getting the goal you’re going to love the way you do it. The act of doing the work is going to bring so much joy to your days.

This contrasted SO HARD with the belief I’d been carrying….that it’s going toe HARD WORK.

That I am going to have to GET MY SHIT TOGETHER. 

That I have to figure out how to have enough physical + mental energy to get this done.

(Physical and mental energy have been at all time lows for many reasons)

And now I feel like such a weight has been lifted.

*** There is nothing WRONG with the hard times we face in our lives and in our dreams. I mean it’s wrong as in I don’t want anyone to suffer and I think humans could build better systems and live in a way that kept everyone much safer… but it’s not wrong as in you aren’t doing anything wrong when you struggle. The struggles are a part of the process.

Remember your dream isn’t a linear path it’s an alchemical process. The struggles and the circling of things and the going backwards - this all serves you and your dream in ways you just can’t see in the moment.

So these moments like I am now when the weight has been lifted and I see a clear and direct path and I feel so sure and confident - this doesn’t mean I am doing BETTER than I was when I felt like a stressed out mess. I think it’s important that we remember that!
