When you are engaging in a regular practice, and holding space for your self, your healing, your creativity, your joy and your dreams… there WILL be times when you suddenly realize… oh have been acting out of self doubt when I ________.
You feel it in your body.
It’s sparkling clear in your mind.
And you see everything differently.

And sometimes when this happens, you start acting out of self belief instead of self doubt, you change from deep down inside you - and never look back.
You can go from “person who never has time to write” to “person who is finishing their 12th book because they believe in themselves and have ad daily writing practice”.
But sometimes... you start acting out of self belief instead of self doubt… and then two weeks later you notice you’re doing that self doubt thing again.
And you need to, again, say to yourself “oh have been acting out of self doubt when I do ________.” and consciously make the choice to act of self belief instead.
And maybe you’ll keep noticing every few days or few weeks or whatever.. that you are back in self doubt.
Sometimes awareness can shift the thing forever. Sometimes it doesn’t.
It’s not that you’re doing something right or wrong.
Like - you’re not “healing better” if you can shift a thing permanently.
It’s just that some things take more time to shift. For loads of valid reasons.
So if you notice yourself repeating something like this… be gentle with yourself.
You’re changing a pattern! It’s taking time! But you’re doing great!
