A few months ago, during a New Moon Intention Setting Ritual, as I was writing out my intentions, I had this knowing:

THIS IS A SACRED PROMISE TO MYSELF.

That setting these intentions every month isn’t just about having support for accomplishing things… it’s also really listening to my own heart, soul and values and how I want to move through my life. 

And when I do that work to listen, writing down what I hear is a sacred promise to myself.

THIS IS SO FREAKING IMPORTANT. To stop, reflect and listen to your soul BEFORE moving forward.
