What are the things that you want to be disciplined about?

I made a page in my Dream Book about this because my habits need a serious overhaul. What if it was EASY to not doom scroll because I had all these amazing things I do on auto-pilot?

What do I want to be disciplined about?

What are the habits I WANT to have?

Thinking about things like... getting out to see either the sunrise or the sunset every day.

Putting fun music on the speaker more often.

Starting every day with journaling (yikes I am at my laptop typing this with NO journal time this morning)

Things that would help me HAVE MORE FUN and FEEL MORE ENERGIZED AND PRESENT AND ALIVE.

These last five years seem to have obliterated every good habit I used to have.

I feel like I have spent a fair bit of time going in circles trying to "go back" to how I was.

And now here I am accepting that I can only go forward, and that it's not going to look like it used to, and that's ok.

I can have BETTER habits at this stage of my life than I have ever had! I need the "good habits" around nutrition and movement and sleep and all of that of course... I also want some great habits that bring me more joy and aliveness.
